Job Description
Main Activities
- Establish and support maintenance and utilities governance in Halal market operations, aligning with SEO (Excellence Operational System) standards.
- Provide technical guidance, training and support to the maintenance and utilities team.
- Develop and manage action plans to mitigate risks related to maintenance and utilities.
- Conduct audits for the SEO (Operational Excellence System) in Halal operations.
- Create budgets for maintenance and utilities packages and set technical KPI targets (budget, consumption, availability).
- Standardize operational procedures in Utilities Facilities and support spare parts management.
- Technical support in maintenance management in subjects such as cost, critical failure analysis, indirect stock management, best practices and benchmarking, equipment performance, manpower productivity.
- Support implementation and oversee the Energy Efficiency program.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
