Job Description
- Register customer claims in Salesforce, ensuring all information is accurately documented.
- Track and monitor the status of each claim, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Communicate effectively with the quality and operations teams to gather necessary information and resolve issues.
- Review and analyze customer service performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in compiling reports for management, providing updates on claim status, response times, and customer satisfaction.
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
