Job Description
- Prepares and maintain sales forecasts and report; collects and analyzes data to evaluate current sales achievement, productivity trend patterns and volumes deviations
- Help build prospecting and proposal presentations via gathering relevant slides, screenshots, researching information to be included and/or providing input and support of presentation layout, content, and format
- Taking part in sales strategy meetings and contributing to changes in budget and marketing implementation
- Responsible for managing the contracts by sending the Sales Information (Purchase Order) to Logistic Team.
- Ensure that all the contracts are in accordance with the shipments released by Logistic Team.
- Assist the Customer Service Team to understand the production process and products.
- Responsible for sales activities ensuring the efficient allocation of the production plan, availability, shipment, and ETA.
- Responsible for managing the meeting with clients by organizing the primary information as contracts, shipment, and claims status.
- Support for the Japanese translation, such as documents, e-mails, and context checking of the letter issued by Customer Service.
Academic Background
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or any other discipline
