Objective
Coordinate the finance and controlling activities for the KSA Jeddah factory. Acting as a business partner to the local and regional teams through management reporting, analysis, highlighting risks and opportunities and leading the finance team for both the units.
DIMENSIONS
Finance:
- The volume of ~37ktons in KSA Jeedah factory translated in more than $220M of revenue.
- Cost management of more than $120M.
- Controlling the inventories of ~$20M.
- Managing Fixed Assets of ~$160M.
- Managing inbound and outbound operations.
Non-Finance:
- Managing a diverse team based at KSA.
- Responsible for the SOX and Internal Controls at the factory
- Responsible for the External Audit of the factories
- Ensure qualification for government benefits.
Academic Background
Graduation/Scholarship:
- Bachelor’s in Finance or Business Management or related areas MBA / CA / CMA equivalent qualification
Experience:
- 5 Years experience FMCG preferably manufacturing plant
Specific Knowledge and Skills
- SAP ERP
- Knowledge in IFRS – International Financial Reporting Standards and Financial Consolidation
- Managing diverse teams and excellent communication skills

RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Work closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide support and recommendations with active business partnering.
- Monitor budget vs actual performance of Opex and losses along with forecasting and scenario analysis. Manage annual budgeting process.
- Analyze financial statements, reports, operating matrices, and data to identify trends, variances, opportunities, and areas of improvement
- Build and maintain complex financial models to project future financial performance and evaluate new businesses and investment opportunities and Ad-hoc scenario analysis
- Ensure compliance with relevant financials regulations and reporting requirement such as SOX, IFRS etc.
- Manage inbound and outbound operations, map processes and finance routines ensuring smooth operations & unify controls for both factories.
- Ensuring proper treatment of slow, non-moving, obsolete, and idle assets by robust Inventories and Fixed assets management
- Lead and manage a diverse team of factories finance function to ensure their growth and performance

HSE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take the HSE Policy and Principles in account in discussions and operational and business decisions.
- Comply with and enforce compliance with HSE Policy and Principles.
- Audit the understanding at all several operational levels. Sustain the process of dissemination and awareness-raising on HSE Policy and Principles for the entire organization.
- Allocate responsibility for HSE management and delegation of authority.
- Ensure appropriate HSE supervision of employees.
- Monitor indicators and take adjustment measures when necessary.
- Motivate the participation of the organization.
- Draw from your major activities the targets and objectives of your area of operation.
- Know and disseminate targets, objectives and indicators of your area of operation.

HSE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitor the enforcement of recommendations deriving from accident investigations.

- Make sure there is a working system for emergency and contingency response.
- Participate in and promote training and drills in the organization.
- Promote critical evaluation of drills and emergency procedures, seeking to continuously improve the system.
- Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures.
- Make sure there are control systems for risk management, including new projects and management of process safety information.
- Ensure implementation of the risk management program.
- Make sure there are processes for controlling change management when it comes to technology, facility and people.
- Make sure there are systems for monitoring the proper use and disposal of products, waste and packaging.
FOOD SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate, by example, commitment to FSQ by reinforcing the Policy and Quality Golden Rules;
- Ensure that legal and customer’s requirements and international standard's requirement's are communicated in the entire organization, ensuring the resources for the compliance with it;
- Ensure allocation and re-allocation of the responsibilities and authorities in case of the changes in FSQ management system or/and personnel changes;
- Provide resources for the employees’ awareness, meeting the FSQManagement, achieving the Plant Objectives and Targets;
- Make sure that departmental KPI’s and targets related the FSQ are achieved;
- Follow the Food Safety Golden Rules and FSQ Policy
- Develops corrective and preventive actions in the process(es) and makes sure that those are closed within the defined time frame;
- Communicate FS and Q issues to the external parties through the established communication channels and responsabilities assigned in regards
- Comply with company’s procedures, work instructions and guidelines and ensure that respective employees/subordinates are trained and retrained;
- Encourages the continuous improvement of the processes in their area;
- Comply with all current and applicable personnel / food safety regulations and procedures and participate actively in food safety program instituted by the company;
- Participate/initiate in revision of procedures and work instructions, whenever required;
- Ensure that Non-conforming product is handled properly and not released to the market.
- Take all reasonable measures to maintain food integrity and keep customers safe
- Implement and communicate requirements and its changes in respective areas and processes to ensure the full compliance
- Report problems /changes related to FSQ management system to direct supervisor and FS team;
- Establish, implement and maintain procedures to manage potential emergency situations and accidents related to FS;
- Participate in activities of Crisis Management Committee, as per Crisis Management procedure
- Comply with the Food Fraud and Food Defense requirements established.
- Report suspicious acts as per Food Defense and Food Fraud Procedur.
