Main Activities: The KSA - Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across all business functions within BRF KSA. The role will drive employer branding, optimize recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with Saudization and labor laws, contributing to the company’s overall growth and success. |

Stakeholder Management
- Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, search firms, and other talent acquisition partners as needed.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all hiring activities align with Saudi labor laws and Saudization requirements.
- Monitor and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity, candidate experience, etc.) to optimize hiring strategies.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, adopting industry best practices and innovative approaches
