Job Description
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market data, including sales performance, pricing trends, and distribution channels, to identify opportunities and threats within the trade channel.
- Analyze & Present market share results through effective communication and action plan
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute trade marketing plans that align with overall business objectives.
- Drive E-Commerce Agenda from Marketing Calendar planning to execution and assessment
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions, campaigns, and merchandising activities, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Utilize consumer and shopper insights to inform the development of targeted trade marketing strategies and tactics.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing key findings, insights, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in trade marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Support the development and implementation of trade marketing tools and resources, such as POS materials, sales collateral, and training materials, to enhance the effectiveness of trade marketing activities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, events, and other promotional activities to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
