Lead the Trade Marketing agenda of Sadia brand in Saudi Arabia, driving the continuous value creation to consumers, leveraging the social transformation of the country and a deep understanding of shopper behaviors to innovate and create, develop and implement activations that can keep increasing the market share and size of the categories we operate across the different channels we service.
Academic Background
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Engineering or Marketing ,Preferably MBA

Experience
- At least 5 years managerial experience in a Trade Marketing / Marketing position for FMCG products
- Category Management Knowledge, Shopper Marketing Understanding, Customer Marketing exposure.
- A Mix of Sales & Trade Marketing Experience is a plus.
Long Description
- Define Trade Marketing Strategy and Plan for Country within Regional Strategy.
- Develop TM processes, tools and KPIs for the evaluation and performance of the department including merchandising team.
- Provide guidelines, training and direction to the team.
- Develop Trade marketing activities and controls aiming to have outstanding implementation in the market.
- Develop new activities / implementation concepts in the market aiming to enhance the innovation image of the brand, brand awareness and equity.
- Be responsible for the ROI of all activations linking it to the market short term goals and the brand long the strategy.
- Guarantee that all the materials placed in the market are up to date.
- Lead the planning, communication, development and execution of all trade events and launches.
- Execute and work together in Regional Projects.
- Guarantee a Promotional Strategy with positive ROI.
- Support and Collaborate with the commercial team to define the Growth strategy that is in line with the company strategy.
- Develop and implement plans across different Sales channels at a regional level, to ensure successful execution of brand’s strategies as per the trade dynamics.
