What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?

• Ensure brand authenticity and consistency across all design outputs in line with the overall brand identity and strategy 
• Develop visual and printed materials including logos, packaging, campaign visuals, promotional materials, brochures, catalogues, banners, digital assets, and corporate identity elements 
• Review and finalize all visual content, ensuring correct layout and color application; approve printer proofs 
• Demonstrated experience in food packaging design from concept through to print production
• Stay informed on and apply emerging trends, techniques, and innovations in graphic design and branding 
• Keep the visual asset inventory organized and updated 
• Attend press checks and photo shoots when required 

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic or Visual Design (preferably strong portfolio demonstrating graphic/brand design)
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience on agency or brand side (preferably FMCG brands)
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (Adobe Premier / After Effects is a plus)
• Familiarity with AI tools used in design and production processes is a strong plus (e.g. for ideation, layout automation, mock-up generation)
• Advanced English proficiency

What competencies are key to this role?

• Deep understanding of core design principles including composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy 
• Ability to design and deliver brand-aligned visual materials across multiple touchpoints 
• Solid knowledge of print and packaging production processes, including print supervision and quality control 
• Familiarity with food packaging and labeling regulations is considered a strong advantage
• Proven ability to manage multiple design projects in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment 
• Positive attitude, passionate, self-motivated, result-oriented and creative thinker
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
