What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?

• Prepare the documentation with respect to the ordinary/extraordinary general assembly meetings and Board meetings
• Issue public disclosures
• Follow up on liabilities arising from the capital markets legislation
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports
• Prepare reports/meeting minutes of committees such as corporate governance, early risk detections
• Carry out the necessary efforts to make the company website as an active communication platform
• Follow up and complete all necessary processes before Central Securities Depository

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Min. 5 years of experience in investor relations or finance (equity research, private equity, corporate finance etc.)
• University degree in a finance or economics related field
• Capital Markets Board License holder
• Written and verbal English proficiency
• Native Turkish speaker
• Skilled user of MS Office programs

• Strong analytical & organizational skills with the ability to quickly evaluate emerging risks and design an appropriate solution.
• Detail-oriented profile who reports findings with accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and work with cross-functional teams,        
• Ability to perform under pressure.
