What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?

• Oversee the MRP process for direct materials in Packaging category to ensure accurate forecasting aligned with production plans
• Monitor system parameters and analyze demand trends for effective planning
• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement and logistics teams to ensure on-time material availability and avoid production delays
• Develop strategies to maintain optimal inventory, reduce holding costs and define reorder points
• Collaborate with departments like production and finance to support operational goals
• Continuously improve supply chain efficiency by identifying and resolving bottlenecks
• Manage materials without planned consumption to reduce excess stock and costs; reallocate resources and implement preventive measures

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Material Requirements Planning (MRP), procurement, production, R&D, or supply chain coordination
• Postgraduate degree or certification in Logistics, Operations Management, or MRP/ERP systems (preferred)
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments (preferred)
• Strong understanding of SAP system and the MRP module
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools for reporting and forecasting
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Based in Istanbul and available for international travel to Middle Eastern countries
