Main Activities
•This position will manage corporate services area in Turkiye, being responsible for the team who will negotiate administrative, marketing, IT, finance and legal services.
•Range of expenditure categories and for achieving value for money for goods and services within the allocated categories, which are procured by Faculties and Services across BRF facilities in Türkiye
•Manage purchase contracts for common goods and services across the BRF and work with contract ‘owners’ to manage supplier performance
Main Activities
•Possessing a proven track record of implementing sustainable solutions and savings through best practice sourcing process and strategic negotiation
•Manage to tracking, monitoring and reporting all purchasing activities based on key performance indicators to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
•Responsible to manage budget for the related areas, KPIs, and reports
Requirements
•Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Business administration/ Engineer / Business Background)
•Excellent command of English
•Min. 5 years of experience in the related Procurement field and min. 2 years of experience with managerial roles
Knowledge and Skills
•Managing CBD (cost break down) for important categories
•Solid Knowledge background of corporate services procurement
•Preparing Strategic Sourcing for important categories
Knowledge and Skills
•Experience in; ERP (SAP knowledge), contract management and Generating alternative sourcing techniques; contingency plan, supplying risk management tools
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
•Good interpersonal skills in dealing with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally
