What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?
- Process and maintain purchase orders, contracts, and delivery schedules in SAP/Ariba
- Update source lists and vendor master data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitor and resolve invoice discrepancies, coordinating with finance and suppliers
- Assist in vendor onboarding and maintain up-to-date vendor records
- Support contract lifecycle activities including creation, review, and archiving
- Act as the key contact point for internal users regarding procurement processes, tools, and policy-related questions
- Provide guidance and training to ensure user understanding and adherence to procurement procedures
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and risk management guidelines
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations preferred
- Advanced English proficiency
- Basic familiarity with procurement processes and tools (e.g., SAP, Ariba)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
