What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?
- Lead, develop, negotiate and implement service and indirect material negotiation for the corporate service area in close collaboration with the main stakeholders, such as Administrative Affairs, HR, Marketing, Finance, and Legal in Turkey
- Define short, middle and long-term corporate service strategy for the region
- Lead system design projects to improve the procurement processes and business results for those sub-categories
- Act as a member and sometimes leader of developing and implementing corporate service efficiency projects in close collaboration with the stakeholders
- Generate new ideas to tackle data management issues and track targets of procurement department
- Develop a database and prepare procurement performance reports to be presented to the procurement and the related departments in the region
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Min. 3 years’ experience in Procurement
- Experience in corporate service negotiations
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and SAP MM module
- Familiarity with budget, cost and finance mathematics
- Expertise in the tools of strategic sourcing and related concepts (TCO-Total Cost of Ownership, Supplier development, market research etc.)
What competencies are key to this role?
- Ability to negotiate large financial sums and work under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong understanding of processes, procedures and policies of contract reviews in FMCG
- Solid interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders from all backgrounds and levels
- Ability to argue convincingly and achieve a consensus among colleagues and third parties
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player, flexible and stress tolerant
