Job Description
* Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
Job Description
1) Ensure the monthly volumes are achieved as per the specified mobile targets
2) Distribution targets to be Achieved category wise and as per coverage targets of specified route potential
3) Ensure Overdue collections and DSO is achieved well within company requirements
4) Able to manage well the Strike rate / MSL and RTM as per organization requirements
5) Proper discipline maintenance on customer accounts and money management without any deviations
Academic Background
University Degree in any stream
Desirable requirements
- Sales skills
- Communication skills ,with Good convincing and Negotiation skills
- Good Attitude
- Computer skills especially in Excel
- Payment Collection Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office advance version.
- Fluent in English and Arabic is an added advantage
Experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years of FMCG experience in Sales
