Job Description

  • Drive E-Commerce Channel through marketing activities that emphasizes on brand identity and fundamentals
  • Analyze data (IPOS, IMS, Nielsen) through effective reasoning and come up with actionable findings. 
  • Handle the external agencies business from planning, budgeting and execution 
  • Monitor the point of sales material (including budget, logistics, distribution, assortment…) by finding the most efficient solutions
  • Analyze performance of all marketing programs to identify the best opportunities for optimization.
  • Initiate competitive analysis & overview through market visits and insights 
  • Land Marketing Calendar through effective execution in Commercial Channels
  • Share all marketing activities results & Insights through constructive and effective communications
  • Conduct Market visits to maintain 100% execution of brand fundamentals
  • Conduct leaflet audit to MT channel 
  • Conduct Retail audit to E-Com channel 
  • Assist Sales team with all required merchandising tools (POSM ect…)
  • Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.

Academic Background

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Accounting

  • Process setting and development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Minimum 3 years in Category/Business Management or Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years in Management role.
  • Minimum 7 years in total work experience
