Job Description

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Analyze market trends and data to identify current business opportunities and potential new avenues for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing, positioning, and overall strategies by client.
  • Demand Analysis and Sales Planning: Understanding customer needs, preferences and develop comprehensive sales plans and forecasts.
  • Sales & Pricing Execution and Negotiation: Lead pricing negotiations with clients to maintain competitive yet profitable pricing structures. Monitoring sales performance and making necessary adjustments.
  • Accounts and Portfolio Management: Manage clients, nurturing strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships. Monitor client satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or issues to maintain high levels of customer loyalty.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular sales reports, providing insights to team. Utilize data-driven analysis to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations.
  • Client Relationship Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with various clients, understanding their business needs and preferences.

Academic Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field. Science in Biotechnology, Engineering, Animal Nutritionist and Veterinary Science can be included.

Desirable requirements

  • Basic understanding of import and export process.
  • Knowledge of Sales process and planning.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Power Point, word, excel, and outlook.
  • Knowledge in Negotiation.
  • Goal-driven.
  • Self-motivate, team-oriented person and good problem solving.
  • Self-confident able to work under pressure independently and as a team.
  • Strong at commercial & negotiation skill and decision making under challenge situation.

Experience

  • Preferably at least 3 to 5 years of Sales, commodities trading and/or Sales Planning experience.
