Job Description
- Support the sales team on post-sales processes with logistic, documentation and clients.
- Assure sales orders submission/management in order to control volumes and prices targets across clients, as well as its deadline to logistics
- Manage existing sales/exports reports and use the information for competitive advantage across the sales team.
- Coordinate volume forecasting and budgeting processes used within the sales organization; establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Assist with maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, contacts, leads, opportunities, dashboards and reports, and ensuring data integrity
- Conduct analyses to gain deeper insights into business
- Assist clients on queries such as orders/shipments schedule
- Manage the quality claims along with the Quality Assurance and Customer Service team
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
Academic Background
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent
