What will you be doing at MBRF?
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Maintenance Manager and wider Maintenance Department.
- Manage departmental purchasing activities, including CAPEX-related requests, purchase tracking, invoice processing, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Process and monitor monthly provisions, petty cash transactions, and other departmental financial administration activities.
- Generate, analyze, and distribute maintenance reports through SAP and other business systems.
- Consolidate departmental KPIs and prepare professional presentations and reports for monthly management reviews.
- Coordinate training records, compliance tracking, and training schedules to ensure mandatory requirements are completed on time.
- Prepare attendance reports, maintain employee records, and support workforce administration activities within the maintenance function.
- Organize departmental meetings, team events, travel arrangements, and other operational activities as required.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical documentation, records, and technical files for the department.
- Support internal compliance, health & safety, food safety, and audit-related requirements.
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Advance knowledge of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access) and Internet browsers.
- Experience and knowledge using SAP.
- Able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Arrange schedule, meeting, Trainings of the Department members.
- Manage Travel, and Leave requests of the Team members.
- Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Experience in Office Administration and Services, in supporting Senior level Management personnel.
What competencies are key to this role?
- Administrative & Operational Coordination: Effectively manages departmental administration, scheduling, documentation, travel arrangements, attendance records, and day-to-day operational support for the Maintenance team.
- SAP & Reporting Management: Proficient in SAP and reporting tools, with the ability to generate reports, track data, maintain records, and prepare KPI dashboards and management presentations.
- Financial & Purchasing Administration: Supports purchasing activities, CAPEX requests, invoice processing, monthly provisions, petty cash management, and budget-related administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Planning & Organizational Excellence: Demonstrates strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills while handling multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and competing requests in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Builds effective working relationships across maintenance, operations, HR, finance, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination of departmental activities.
