Job Description
1. Training Need Analysis :Develop and identify training needs and methodologies, ensuring that Training Needs Analysis is conducted through data collection to develop employee’s performance and achieve the relative skills required for the job.
2. Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Conceptualize, design, and implement learning and development programs that support the company’s strategic goals. Coordinate and manage logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, communication, venue and material preparation. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
3. Training Planning & Budgeting: Develop, update and maintain the Annual Training Calendar. Ensure timely execution of the monthly training plan. Identify potential training providers or institutes that meet the Company's requirement within the budget. Plan, monitor and control the training budget.
4. Training Audit: Prepare training data and documents for internal\external training audits. Participate in audit with the highest level of integrity and transparency. Plan and execute Non-Conformities into actions to improve the L&D process, based on the audit findings.
5. Administration: Responsible for organizing engagement events in accordance with the monthly plan. Ensuring all related communication & logistics are organized well.Responsible for all communication related training sessions to the delegates / managers in advance of training courses. Ensure approval of training supplier / course content is obtained. Ensure attendance of participants, and their training materials distribution. Ensure the delivery of certificates to all participants. Ensure training data updating and prepare related statistics.
Academic Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration of HR related courses/ Degree in Education / MBA / or any relevant qualifications
Desirable requirements
- Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies
- Solid experience of training needs analysis
- Proven records of developing and delivering soft skills trainings
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
- SAP knowledge is added value
- Excellent communication skills
- Good planning and organization skills
- Ability to inspire others
- Creativity and ability to think out of the box
- Open mindset to work in a multicultural environment
- Analytical thinking to identify opportunities for development
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, minimum 3 years in learning and development function.
