Job Description
Main Activities
- Manage production KPIs in factories and address potential gaps (production cost, productivity, efficiency, general yield, index yield).
- Identify opportunities to improve technical indicators by applying internal and external benchmarks and connecting best practices.
- Provide technical training to production teams and spread knowledge across the company.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to explore innovative solutions and market advancements.
- Identify process improvements or CAPEX projects aimed at company profitability, while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and cost.
- Implement BRF Management System standards and tools in production areas.
- Set targets and monitor progress on projects and actions in production areas.
- Spread best practices across units, including travel to Izmir and Elazig.
