What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?

• As a Production Senior Analyst in our Bandırma plant, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing targets, KPIs, budgets, and operational data
• Track production performance, identify deviations, and ensure timely corrective actions
• Prepare and deliver reports between the Regional Director, Plant Head, and department managers
• Monitor financial and personnel budgets, update action plans in the system, and ensure deadlines are met
• Support plant managers in implementing and following up action plans
• Ensure the application of management methodologies, continuous improvement, and strategic management practices in daily operations
• Provide training to assistants, foremen, and technical teams on methodologies and ensure knowledge transfer across departments
• Guide the team in analyzing non-conformities and prioritizing chronic issues for improvement projects
• Organize PO & forecast processes for overtime, indirect costs, travel, CSR, and CAPEX
• Represent the Bandırma plant in management and productivity meetings, presenting results and improvement plans
• Ensure compliance with international standards (ISSO-22000 HACCP, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISMS 27001) and safeguard company information
• Actively support HSE processes by identifying risks, reporting hazards, and ensuring adherence to safe working practices

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• University degree (undergraduate or postgraduate) in any discipline, preferably technical or natural sciences
• Minimum 3 years of experience with management systems or tools
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Advanced MS Office knowledge
• Solid experience in KPI monitoring, budget analysis, and reporting
• Strong understanding of management system standards and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with HSE standards and continuous improvement frameworks
