What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?

•Upload Yield and Efficiency data; identify deviations.

•Report and assist in treating non-conformities.

•Monitor KPIs and manage action plans.

•Analyze productivity and composition indicators.

•Assist with quality control of raw materials and products.

•Update process indicators and action plans.

•Comply with Quality and HSE standards.

•Support audits and risk assessments.

•Promote and participate in HSE activities and training.

What kind of profile are we looking for?

•Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering

•Good command of MS Office (Word/Excel).

•Good command of the English language is preferbal.

•Minimum 1 year of experience in food industry.

•Availability for shifts and flexible hours.

•Living in Bandırma.

What competencies are key to this role?

•Strong knowledge on food safety & food technology standards.

•Strong analytical skills.

•Good communication skills.

•Good understanding & application of problem solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram).

•Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and a good team player.
