Job Description
Main Activities
- Manage the field utilities team to ensure cold, water, energy, and steam supply while guaranteeing utilities availability in the area
- Ensure the integrity of assets (equipment and facilities) by maintaining their original performance, quality, and safety conditions
- Oversee and manage utilities and maintenance costs in the area
- Implement and ensure adherence to maintenance standards, corporate guidelines, and maintenance routines within the area of responsibility
- Train the team on utilities procedures and maintenance standards to ensure high performance and compliance
- Attract, develop, and retain talent in maintenance roles to build a strong and skilled team
- Monitor and manage utilities and maintenance performance indicators (KPIs)
- Control tools, equipment, instruments, and devices used for maintenance activities
- Guarantee the implementation and adherence to safety, environment, and maintenance standards in the unit
