What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?

• Manage operations of the Wastewater Recovery Plant (WWRP) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) in Bandırma, ensuring continuity of water production and compliant discharge results
• Ensure compliance with corporate Utilities and Maintenance guidelines, environmental licenses, and applicable regulations
• Manage disposal of waste, effluent measurements, laboratory analyses, and responses to audits and inspections by environmental authorities
• Control all related costs, utilities performance indicators (KPIs), energy consumption, and maintenance effectiveness within the area of responsibility
• Use SAP PM module to manage stock movements between warehouses
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance routines and ensure availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and instruments
• Lead and develop the field team on maintenance operations and standards
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards by enforcing safe working practices, risk assessments, and timely reporting of incidents

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering (required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of industrial equipment, especially related to water and wastewater sampling
• Certified Class A Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant Responsible (required)
• Proven experience with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices
• Advanced English proficiency
• Solid knowledge of MS Office tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Flexibility to work alternate hours and shifts (required)
• Living in Bandırma or willing to relocate
