Main Activities

  • Ensuring the arrangement, entitlements, and operational controls of all administrative services shared, including security, cleaning and personnel services, catering, office management, meat market, pest control, as well as managing invoice tracking and approvals.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the completion of all maintenance, repair, renovation, and improvement processes related to the campus.
  • Effectively assessing and responding to employee requests and managing relationships.
  • Ensuring compliance with the annual administrative budget and generating cost-saving projects to adhere to the budget.
  • Managing the team associated with the position effectively through work plans, overseeing all personnel files and documents, and ensuring their tracking and archiving, particularly for security and cleaning staff.
  • Managing supplier relations, ensuring necessary actions are completed, contract control, and supporting tender processes.
  • Addressing the needs of feed and poultry factories in the region.
  • Ensuring compliance with all HSE standards in process management, tracking assigned actions, documentation monitoring, and implementing necessary measures to prevent workplace accidents.
  • Planning and reporting audits aimed at improving the quality of administrative services, and monitoring audit actions in the areas of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Min 5 years experience in a corporate company.
  • Advance Level in English.
  • Good level of Microsoft Office Programs usage.
  • Experienced in project management.
  • Living in Bandırma or willing to move.
