What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?
- Oversee administrative services, including security, cleaning, personnel services, catering, office management, meat market operations, and pest control
- Ensure service coordination, operational controls, invoice tracking, and approvals
- Manage maintenance, repair, renovation, and improvement processes across the campus
- Lead and coordinate the administrative team efficiently; monitor and archive personnel records, including those of security and cleaning staff
- Maintain order in designated campus areas, such as locker rooms, restrooms, and pest control zones; take necessary actions for technical offices and other spaces
- Ensure compliance with the annual administrative budget and develop cost-saving projects
- Implement all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, track assigned actions, and manage documentation to prevent workplace accidents
- Maintain office organization, address building deficiencies, and report necessary repairs
- Evaluate and respond to employee requests efficiently while managing workplace relationships
- Oversee supplier management, ensure completion of necessary actions, review contracts, and support procurement processes
- Fulfill requests from local feed and hatchery factories
- Plan and report audits to improve the quality of administrative services; track and close audit actions
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior maintenance experience (preferred)
- Fluent English speaker (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Flexibility in working hours
- Living in Bandırma or willing to relocate
