Job Description
Main Activities
- Strengthen communication with blue-collar employees and ensure seamless interaction.
- Manage disciplinary processes and resolve employee requests in line with HR policies.
- Track absenteeism, turnover rates, and ensure KPI targets are met.
- Manage CLA processes and foster positive employee relations.
- Collaborate with HR teams to optimize HR processes and implement feedback-driven improvements.
