Job Description
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees, while building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure business needs are effectively reflected in HR initiatives, and that policies and procedures are clearly communicated and consistently applied across all supported areas.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees, while effectively communicating HR concepts and tools, facilitating training sessions, and promoting a high-performance, employee-oriented culture through capability-building initiatives on HR-related topics.
- Efficiently manage end-to-end HR operations and the employee lifecycle, ensuring full compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining operational excellence andquality.
- Provide support in recruitment processes by ensuring alignment with workforce planning needs andenabling a timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Maintain and implement effective onboarding and offboarding programs that ensure smooth employee transitions, enabling quick integration, sustained engagement, structured knowledge transfer, and full compliance with organizational requirements.
- Support the effective execution of performance review cycles, including calibration processes and development initiatives while actively contributing to talent development and succession planning.
- Coordinate training programs by identifying employee development needs in partnership with business units, conducting training needs analysis, and ensuring the timely delivery of effective learning initiatives, including sourcing and facilitating appropriate trainers.
- Support budgeting cycles and monthly forecasting processes by providing accurate data, insights, and coordination.
- Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and continuous optimization of HR data, systems, and organizational structures, supporting effective maintenance and adjustments, enabling efficient operations, reliable reporting, and informed business decision-making.
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
Academic Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- HRIS systems management and data reporting (SAP Success Factors experience is a plus but not mandatory).
