Job Description


We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to work with local & global partners to join our team. 


What we expect?


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or HR related field
  • Minimum of 3 years HR experience as a HR Business Partner preferably in multinational companies
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish
  • Advance level of MS Office programs
  • SAP & Success Factor knowledge 
  • Excellent communication skills, ethics and cultural awareness
  • Strong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-pased, time sensitive environment 
  • Ability to work with remote teams
  • Having no travel restrictions



What you will be doing?


This position will report to HR Manager


  • Building up and maintaining a close relationship with an organization to understand the business needs and develop customized solutions & projects (local and global teams)
  • Providing HR guidance to managers and employees on HR issues (performance management, talent management, development planning, compensation & benefits, organizational development etc.)
  • Preparing and following up compensation and benefits processes (salary planning, promotions/salary adjustments, grading system, new benefits introduction, job evaluation etc.)
  • Supporting preparation and following up headcount budget reports and different types of people analytics
  • Giving support to implement and updating guidelines and policies to ensure relevant HR services and consistent standards of employment
  • Working closely with management in structuring and developing their respective teams and support agreed action plans
