What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?

• Assist in the design, delivery, and evaluation of employee training programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
• Maintain and update training materials and resources, ensuring they are current and relevant.
• Provide administrative support for the L&D team, including managing records, tracking progress, and generating reports.
• Support in the onboarding process by helping develop and deliver training for new hires.
• Assist with the implementation of learning management systems (LMS) and monitor progress and usage.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding training programs and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training needs are being met across the organization.

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a similar administrative role.
• Advanced level of English.
• No travel restrictions.
• Living in Izmir.
