Job Description
What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?
- Assist in the design, delivery, and evaluation of employee training programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
- Maintain and update training materials and resources, ensuring they are current and relevant.
- Provide administrative support for the L&D team, including managing records, tracking progress, and generating reports.
- Support in the onboarding process by helping develop and deliver training for new hires.
- Assist with the implementation of learning management systems (LMS) and monitor progress and usage.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding training programs and resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training needs are being met across the organization.
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a similar administrative role.
- Advanced level of English.
- No travel restrictions.
- Living in Izmir.

- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with SAP & SuccessFactors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
