Job Description
Main Activities
- Ensure fulfillment of PCM functions and adherence to maintenance standards.
- Guarantee equipment reliability and resolve chronic issues.
- Optimize use of the SAP-PM maintenance system.
- Participate in documentation for internal and external audits.
- Lead the PCM maintenance team, ensuring asset integrity and performance.
- Manage maintenance costs and control asset status (idle, inactive, obsolete).
- Manage maintenance performance indicators (KPIs);
- Guarantee the compliance with the quality and food safety management systems’ standards;
- Monitor daily the execution of the scheduled activities resulting from the Maintenance plans.
- Train the team on maintenance standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards (HSE) and report hazards.Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Native Turkish speaker; good command of English preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance.
- Living in Izmir.
