OBJECTIVE:
Manage and support all government-related HR services and employee relations activities, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal policies while maintaining operational excellence and employee satisfaction.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Public Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years in HR or government affairs within KSA.
- Arabic, English (preferred).

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP system.
- Familiarity with government portals: Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Baladiya.
- Ability to generate and manage official documentation and reports.
- Understanding of Saudi labor law and regulatory compliance.
- Data accuracy and record-keeping proficiency.
