Job Description

• Guarantee compliance with the quality standards and procedures
• Participate in the decision-making process for corrective and preventive actions within Production Department related to inventory deviations, KPI divergence, etc
• Planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results; coaching and disciplining employees.
• Following the logbook
• Manage KPI’s related to his production line(s) and review the results in the daily Productivity Meeting and monthly Target Check Meeting.
• Create Divergence Report with clear action plan defining the timelines to achieve the KPIs.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources;
• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are implemented and followed within Production;
• Managing people, process and material flows, and work to maximize utilization of equipment and manpower.
• Help develop, update and implement procedures and documentation for all Quality & Management Systems.
• Update Process Map , PTP  and Work Instruction, according to the process and update OJT Map and train the operators accordingly.
• Assign task monitor progress and conduct skill gap analysis based on the Work Instruction to develop operators in their area of responsibility.
• Escort audits and implement corrective actions in case of deviation
• Conduct Process Hazard Analysis wherever required and implement those actions to raise the safety standards.
• Lead and participate in the Work Groups.
• Conduct investigation (Why Tree Analysis) on time for any accidents/incidents.
• Conduct other HSE related programs or trainings depending upon the role/area.
• Maintain Operational Discipline by ensuring timely conducting weekly TBTs, POPs, audits, refresher trainings.
• Ensure compliance with the local authorities, labor law
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.

Academic Background

Graduation in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineerin or related areas
