Job Description

• Control the productivity of the operators and help to control productivity of the lines.
• Quality Standards
• Support the supervisor to guarantee the quality standards of production.
• Check and control the line losses to guarantee the production yield.
• Independent Operations management & Team handling without supervisor in the shift.
• Manage the weekend operations independently covering other lines in absence of supervisors.
• Assist the production supervisor / Manger in achieving scheduling requirements.
• Assistance in Production Planning & Capacity review
• Assist the supervisor to organize the production plan.
• Improvement & efficiency projects.
• Application of PDCA, lean tools for process improvement & excellence.
• Non-conformity Responsibilities
• Escalate any process non-conformance, safety, food safety or quality issues to supervisor.
• Material ordering (PPEs, raw material, packaging, and ingredients).
• Ensure proper handling and control of chemical products.
• Compliance with Company Standards
• Comply with all food safety HACCP requirements and pre-requirements within the workplace.
• Comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements within the workplace.
• Ensure the 5S compliance within the workplace.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Process and Food Defense requirements, and other applicable procedure related to the scope of the job.
• Conduct the safety route in different areas.
• Reduce the mean time of repair (MTTR) in the lines, through effective presence in the line.
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.

Academic Background

Technical Diploma or Graduated in Food Manufacturing/Business/related areas
