Job Description
1. Implementation of Equipment Maintenance Planning Techniques.
2. Establish, maintain and improve the maintenance planning and scheduling business flow process.
3. Develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work.
4. Developing PM plan for the asset as per OEM standards.
5. Ensure key performing indicators are captured and reported for equipment reliability, maintenance department performance and planning and scheduling business flow process.
6. Responsible for up-keep and accuracy of equipment maintenance history and job records database.
7. Responsible for Database management of assets.
8. Adhere to audit standards.
9. Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures. (HSE)
Academic Background
• Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technician program, or Engineering degree in a related field, with proven experience in utilities systems such as ammonia refrigeration, boilers, compressed air, thermal fluid, or wastewater treatment
