Job Description

• Reduce the mean time of repair (MTTR) in the production lines,
• Analyze and report any anomalies, with the possibility of completing notifications M1, M2 and M3 in the PM (SAP) system and confirm orders;
• Carry out inspection of electrical/mechanical, and/or predictive route, when planned and requested by the planner;
• Develop, along with the supervisor and the Maintenance Engineering department, tools to speed up the Maintenance services;
• Carry out scheduled tasks; equipment maintenance and facility maintenance,
• Comply with the Kanban planning, updating it according to the standard;
• Contribute with feedback for planning, optimizing the scheduling, times of execution and reducing back-log;
• Diagnoses root cause of electrical / mechanical malfunctions or failure of operational equipment and perform preventative and corrective maintenance;
• Develop Root cause analysis,
• Comply with reasonable EHS instructions and safe working procedures;
• Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems;
• Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures;
• Not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone's health and safety;
• Assist with the preparation of risk assessments;
• Report EHS hazards, incidents & issues;
• Follow GMP & 5S at work place.

Academic Background

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
