Job Description
- Analyzing the production performance, propose and implement projects to increase the productivity.
- Control the productivity of the production lines and propose projects to increase it.
- Implement the system to control the productivity.
- Month closing results & Analysis
- Define the Line Efficiency.
- Monitor the efficiency & perform analysis in case if deviation.
- Propose projects to have continues improvement.
- Month closing results & Analysis
- Define & validate the Ideal Yield for each SKU.
- Yield performance analysis
- Deviation stratification & propose projects to have continues improvement.
- Preparation & issuance of Information Guide.
- BOM Composition Analysis & propose action in case of deviation.
- BOM Composition Adherence.
- Ensure the proper cost rating per line and the correct UEP index.
- Define the budget for the fixed costs.
- Define and control the manpower for the production lines
Job Description
- Perform routine operational activities receiving guidance.
- Assist in one or more processes.
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
Job Responsibilities
Academic Background
- Graduate in Food Engineering, Production Engineering or related areas
Desirable requirements
- Knowledge on food safety & food technology standards.
- Excellent understanding and application of yield, losses and rework concepts.
- Good understanding of FMCG production process.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (advance level of Excel and Power Point, and solid user skills of other modules).
- Good understanding & application of problem solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram)
- SAP knowledge;
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make the company operations more productive while maintaining quality standard.
- Ability to work in a team environment and appropriately interact with all levels of the organization and represent the area in a professional manner.
- Good communication skills.
- Planning & coordination with team members.
- Trustworthy and high level of professional integrity.
- Team player.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production area (industrialized products)
