Job Description
- Maintaining and reviewing production employee’s daily attendance data to keep track of production employee absenteeism.
- Keeping track of production employees leaves such as sick leave, personal leaves annual leave, etc.
- Generating Monthly Absenteeism trend report.
- Headcount Controlling
- Keeping track with outsource employees problem
- Align the shift schedule with outsource contractor for transportation.
- Follow-up Outsource Vacation
- Generate the Absenteeism month closing report for attendance & share with contractor.
- Creating SOB & PR, PO in SAP
- Invoice booking & follow-up
- Make provision requests & Booking Supplier Invoices in SAP.( In absence of Admin)
- Share the Men hrs weekly & Monthly.
- Outsouce Monthly Time Sheets Share to Supplier
- Generating daily production lines efficiency & report.
- Facilitating daily Productivity Meeting.
- Keeping track of Production lines stoppages & losses.
- Support to share & upload the info on CEIX portal
- Generating month end production lines efficiency report.
- Participating in Production lines continuous improvement program (Engineering/R&D trials)
- Anomaly Report initiation
- Daily Productivity
Academic Background
- 3 Year Diploma in Administration or any relevant qualifications
