Main Activities

Data Management

  • Control employee’s personal data entry on the system;
  • Responsible for all mass uploads related to personal data, compensation and job information;
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders

System Management

  • Supports all employees and HRs about technical integration issues and system errors;
  • Responsible to support employees and HR’s queries about systems of recruiting, hiring and onboarding processes
  • Responsible to support the HRBPs on topics related to systems of transfers/compensation changes;
  • Partner with HR and Payroll on system upgrades and analyses

 

Requirements

  • University graduate in Industrial Engineer, Management Engineer, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
  • Advanced Level in English
  • Arabic is preferable
  • Living in Istanbul or willing to live in Istanbul

Knowledges and Skills

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word/PPT)
  • Preferable experience in working with SAP & SF.
  • Understanding of HR practices, policies, and regulations
  • Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
